FAMILY SCAVENGER HUNT- THINGS TO BE GRATEFUL FOR
GRATITUDE CHANGES EVERYTHING
Daily gratitude practice is my antidote to negativity, anxiety, worry and sadness. It turns who I am and what I have into enough. It is a mindset tool that should be practiced at any age. To find joy in life is to find gratitude for all things .
Below I share a scavenger hunt for gratitude because in these crazy times of COVID 19 gratitude is needed more than ever. So, have fun and be grateful because gratitude really does change everything.
Scavenger Hunt Suggestions:
*You may choose to find as many items a day as you like or see who can find the most items in a week or choose one a day for a month. Or perhaps have your family each choose 2 things that the rest of the group needs to find. Or post a couple a day on your fridge or use a dry erase marker and post on your bathroom mirror with what you find to be shared at supper time or have findings shared on the mirror.
*Get the whole family involved and then meet on Zoom or some other social distancing connection to share your items.
*Be Creative. Have fun.
Piglet noticed that even though he had a very small heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude. -A.A. Milne
